This was my first formative experience in the field of graphic design. During a period of personal disorientation, this path helped me find a direction, thanks to the supportive creative and dialogue-based environment I needed. It allowed me to grow creatively and personally, acquiring skills in various design fields, from graphic composition to web design, photography, and 3D animation.

A Journey into Creativity and Design

I had the opportunity to study Graphic Design at ENAIP in Pordenone, an experience that was pivotal in shaping both my personal and professional growth.

During this journey, I was mentored by Giulio Iurissevich, a master of his graphic technique, internationally recognized for his work with prestigious clients, his influence in the world of interior design, and as an extraordinary person always open to dialogue and idea exchange. One of Giulio’s works was even selected as the official loading screen for Adobe Illustrator 2016.

A Stimulating and Collaborative Environment

Being in a face-to-face class, I had the privilege of constantly interacting with my peers. This collaborative setting greatly fostered my creative growth. The opportunity to exchange ideas, challenge them, and support each other made the study period not only educational but also incredibly stimulating and rewarding. I consider this time as one of the most remarkable in my life, both personally and professionally.

Acquired Skills

Throughout my studies, I developed a wide range of technical and creative skills that have strengthened my profile as a graphic designer. These include:

  • Composition in Adobe Photoshop: I learned to create complex graphic compositions, focusing on details and retouching techniques.
  • Color Correction in Camera Raw: I gained the skills to enhance and correct image tones, ensuring optimal visual quality.
  • Layout Design in Adobe InDesign: I developed abilities in designing documents and print materials, creating professional and engaging layouts.
  • Vector Graphics Creation in Adobe Illustrator: I deepened my use of Illustrator for creating precise and scalable vector illustrations.
  • Video Editing in Adobe Premiere: I learned video editing techniques, producing dynamic and high-quality content.
  • Web Design in WordPress (Elementor): I acquired skills in web design, using Elementor to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Brand Identity Creation: I learned to develop coherent and distinctive visual identities for various brands.
  • CSS and HTML Basics: I gained the basics of coding to customize and optimize websites.
  • Blender (3D Animation, Model Creation): I explored the world of 3D graphics, creating models and animations.
  • Photography: I improved my photography skills, understanding shooting techniques and the use of light.
  • Video Production: I gained experience in video production, from planning shoots to final editing.

Conclusion

My studies at ENAIP in Pordenone, under the guidance of Giulio Iurissevich, were fundamental to my development as a graphic designer. The technical skills acquired and the collaborative environment allowed me to grow and fully express my creativity. This period laid the foundation for my career and continues to inspire me in my daily work.
